Accordingly, onlyindividuals who are 18 years of age or older, are of sound mind, and are not disqualified from contracting under any applicable law may register and use the platform.

Access to Platform

Meatgenie grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the platform solelyfor personal, non-commercial purposes.. Users shall not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, licence, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the platform or its content for any commercial purposes without prior written consent from MeatGenie.

Any unauthorized use of the platform, including but not limited to  attempts toscape, extract, harvest or collect data through automated means(such as bots, crawlers, or srcipts), shall constitute a material breach of these terms and may result inimmediate suspension or termination of access, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to MeatGenie under applicable law.

Pricing

All prices displayed on meatgenie.in are exclusive of GST unless expressly stated otherwise . Prices of products, particularyfresg meat and seafood, may fluctuate depending on market conditions, availability, or quality variations.

In the event of any price variation, the final payable amount shall be communicated and adjusted at the time of delivery, in accordance with applicable law.

Delivery and Handling Charges

Delivery and handling charges, along withapplicable taxes, may vary based on factors such as delivery location, order value, and prevailing conditions. While MeatGenieendeavoursto ensure timely deliveries of orders, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyonf or control, including traffic conditions, weather, or operational constraints.

In the event of any delay, customers will be informed promptly through appropriate communication channels.

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order within 30 minutes of placement by using the website or by contacting customer support, provided the order has not already been processed or dispatched.

Customers are advised to inspect the product packaging at the time of delivery and immediately report any visible damage or discrepancy. Claims raised after delivery acceptance may not be entertained.

Meatgenie reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion in cases of product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, pricing or listing errors, or any violation of these terms.

Return & Refund Policy

At Meatgenie, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a return and refund facility for issues relating to product quality, freshness, or incorrect delivery, subject to the terms set out below.

Requests for return or refund must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, along with relevant details or evidence, as may be reasonably required. Meatgenie reserves the right to verify the claim before processing any return or refund.

Refunds, where approved, shall be processed in the manner determined by Meatgenie, either to the original mode of payment or to the customer’s wallet. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued as wallet credits or adjusted against future purchases.

Customer Acceptance

By placing an order, the customer agrees to:

• Pay additional delivery costs if re-delivery is required due to an incorrect address.

• Accept minor weight variations in fresh cuts due to the nature of the product nature.

Customers may post genuine and honest feedback. However, Meatgenie reserves the right to review, moderate, edit, or remove any content that violates applicable laws, infringes privacyorintellectual property rights, or contains offensive, abusive, or inappropriatelanguage.

Dispute Resolution Clause

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with the present contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, the parties shall first refer the dispute to conciliation/mediation in accordance with the Mediation Rules of ODR Nexus and, if unresolved, it shall be referred to arbitration to be finally resolved under the administration and technical support from ODR Nexus in accordance with its Arbitration Rules for the time being in force. The seat of Arbitration shall be New Delhi. The Tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator appointed from the panel of arbitrators of ODR Nexus in accordance with the said Rules. The language of the arbitration proceedings shall be English. The proceedings shall be conducted on the basis of documents and other materials. The decision of the sole Arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties. The Parties consent to communication via electronic means using the email addresses provided by the parties. The Parties also confirm that they have the necessary technological capabilities to participate in electronic arbitration or mediation proceedings. The Governing Laws shall be the laws of India.

All content available on Meatgenie, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, trademarks, service marks, designs, layouts,  software, and other materialsthe exclusive property of Meatgenie or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, display, or use of any material from the platform, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from Meatgenie, is strictly prohibited.

Objectionable Material

While Meatgenie strives to ensure that all content on the platform is safe, accurate, and relevant, users may occasionally encounter material that they consider objectionable. Meatgenie does not endorse such content and shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the use of or reliance on such content.Indemnity
